HI Friends

I am developing C# Windows application

now i want to add help file in that application .

i am having .doc format .

now any one help me to add help file to my application .
i want to know 2 things here

1.which format i have to use for help file and what converter will help for that .

2.how can i include that file into the project and how can i call when i press F1..

if any one know then please reply me
