Hi,

You cannot load Images into SSRS Reports , You can just embedded Images on your report
Step-1:
go to the view Menu-->Report Data --> Image -->Double Click on Image--> Select Image Location
--> Now Image will be embedded on your report . if you want to increase / Decrease the Image size then click on Image Properties and select the Radio Button Fit To size.

we should use image for each reacord to display in SSRS. please following the step:

1. create 1 field to store image paths: [ImagesPath]
2. Create or copy all images to web path( SSRS use virtual path via http not use absolute path)
3. Drag image control to report. properties: select images from external, use this image:[ImagesPath]

you can run report and see the result.
