I having a project which need to create a kids used application which run prior before user log in. Is there anywhere to do it? And is it possible to disable the combination keys of alt+ctrl+del in vista? X| X|

None of this is possible without major changes to Windows.

You can create an auto-start windows service which will run before the user logs in. But these applications cannot interact with the desktop because interactive desktops belong to interactive users who have to log in to Windows.

And no, you cannot disable Ctrl+Alt+Del.
Not only in Vista, but from a very long time.

before log in I doubt any kid (90%) will run a program. So after login its quite easy. Disable the combination of ctrl alt del, There was an article here called network monitor or something like that that used to flash the caps lock num lock etc..... on network activity so read it you might get an idea.

Nope. It's part of Windows' security systems, and chances are that even if you did somehow change it, it would get changed back from the protected system backups, or using the system file checker.
