Hello,
I'm trying to program ARM STM32 cortex M4 to do OCR using C language so please can any one help me in that !

Sorry but I am thinking that if you really want help with something, you will have to post way more information about what it is that you are doing, the code that you wrote that you are having trouble with and most especially, ask a clearly defined question.

I agree with nv3. You will have to provide code as to where you are having trouble and what types of issues you are facing. We will not provide ready-made code for anyone without seeing some effort shown first.

OCR is serious business and I doubt that anyone will just shove over some ready-to-use code for you.

There is a GOCR[^] library that is released under GNU licence. I have used it and it is great. It is a pure C library, and works in Windows as well. I recommend it.
