Instead of an emoticon, you could explain what you've tried, etc. The answer is, buy a library that will do that for you. No PDF support in .NET.

I see what you did - you put your text ( which still doesn't indicate you tried anything, did any work yourself else ) inside a tag, so it was not visible. I fixed it.

I deleted the 'answers' you posted to this question, and the duplicate question you asked. I'm sorry, there's not much I can add to my answer. If the library you used supports turning PDF into TIFF, use it. If not, you need to buy a library that does. I told you that already. The answer will not change.
