To be honest, no.

It really depends on what you want - MsSQL or MySql? Email addresses? Subdomains? How much bandwidth do you want? Disk space? Database size? Number of databases? .NET version? Or is it Mono? And it's a lot better if you can find one in your own country and your own language - it makes technical support a whole lot easier!

Me? I wouldn't bother with the free ones - I tried a few and quite frankly they are worth exactly what you pay for them. Reliability is generally poor (because they concentrate on the paying customers, and if that means your site doesn't respond today, that's your problem. Backups and security are also generally poor.

Look instead for a pay version (in your country and language) - you will normally get a much, much better result: but decide exactly what you need first, it's a lot easier than finding you wanted something your host does not provide.
