hi,
I need to develop software for PS100 POS terminal.
I wonder how much it can cost if i give this project to someone.

Well, there's a few options. You can use the CP job board to hire someone, and try to hire based on ability. You can post on Rentacoder and get someone in the third world who has no idea what they are doing, and will almost certainly ask people here to do it, but they will be cheap. If you have no idea how to do this task, then you need to figure out how much money you can spend, how much it matters to you, and then take the route that's within your budget. I've worked with outsourcing teams via sites like eLance, and I can tell you that a programmer watching does not stop a train wreck, so if that's all you can afford, I'd say keep your money and find another solution to your problem.

There is really not much to program on this little device. In fact you can simply put the API on your machine and use any C compiler to do the programming. Anybody with decent knowledge on C and hardware interface can do the programming.
