Hi All,

I have finished an application and now need the installer for it. I built the installer got the icons to appear I just can't get it to create the directory for the save file. I have done this before using Windows XP and this version of Visual Studio. Time marches on and I have now a Win 7 machine, I have done what I did before (created the installer added the files, changed the path correctly just need to get it creating the directory ""prod name" Data" I have created the folder like I did before right click on the Application Folder choose Add Folder give it the correct name, build it and go!
However there is no folder created! HELP!!! I really need a step by step guide had a look last night and didn't find. Off for another look now!

I did find the following which is what I did try
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/x56s4w8x(v=vs.80).aspx[^]
but something is wrong!
Glenn

Could it be Windows 7 hasn't created the directory as I renamed the version that was there changed and no deleted it?
