Is there is any way to record the files received and sent details in a text file using C# WPF application?
Want to know what files users are uploading to the internet e.g via yahoo mail or gmail. what to know is someone is taking company docs. he just want an alert for the file when someone uploads a file to the internet not necessarily to block upload.

What I have tried:

I tired the FileSystemWatcher class, but there is no such file movement events in FileSystemWatcher. It can be used to monitor changes to file system and trigger events when such changes occur.
