Can i develop a UML Drawing Tool using C#.net?

Dear sir,
I am working on a product in which i need to draw a uml diagram. But after lot of searching and reading. I am unable to find a solution of my problem. I can draw a shapes as well as component of UML but i am unable to draw a connector line between these shapes that can automatically move when i move shapes.

Please give me a positive response...
