Hey all, I'm working on a project arguing the advantages and disadvantages between C# and C++.

I have taken tests and listed diffrences but i would love to hear expert's opinions. This would be extremely useful and might be published in paper...:)

Philosophical opinions aside, there are no advantages to a given programming language. Each one is useful and can be "the best choice" for a given task. Only the programmer can determine a given language's fitness for a particular task, and even that decision is based on his own level of skill regarding various languages.

BTW, you're wasting our time in Quick Answers. This should be posted in a forum because what you're really after is a discussion, not a programming answer.

It really depends on the perspective. C++ and C# aren't really competitors on many projects (i.e. given project constraints, usually one of the two has a clear adavantage over the other).

Which is better? A hammer or a screw-driver?

Use the right tool for the right job. One isn't better over the other.
