"System Out of memory exception" While binding data to Reportviewer control

I have a form that contains a Report viewer Control in it.

when i bind data to the .rdlc file mostly it works fine. but some times it shows
"System out of memory Exception occurred while generating report"

Any idea why is it? and how to overcome this issue?

Could you please try clearing the %Temp% files in your computer. Sometime back this worked for me.
