What method do you use to convert text into numbers? Do you use menu or vba code?

See here: Understanding Floating Point Precision, aka “Why does Excel Give Me Seemingly Wrong Answers?” - Microsoft 365 Blog[^]
But this is not an Excel support site: we are a software development site and we did not produce Excel! There are numerous Excel forums both MS and other - Google will find you many if you ask (just don't give them any credit card details). Please use them in future.

Yes, Excel have limits with numbers. The floating point format have a limit in matters of number of significant digits in a number.

Use another tool with those values.

Assuming that you store text-number in column "A"... do the following trick: select column "B" and format cells as scientific, then use formula:
RowNo A B
1 28009105740071330 =A1

Then, fill down the formula.
Note: do not forget to increase width of column "B" before you start adding formula!
Result:
A B
28009105740071330	28009105740071330
