The solution is :
- You have to analyze by yourself what it could be that you need as informations for your call center management application.
- Establish a list of the functionnalities.
- Don't hesitate to use google to find examples of this kind of application.
- Start designing your solution according to previous points.
- From here, if you are stuck somewhere, you can come back here and ask for specific questions.

But, we cannot in any way do the analyze part of your job.
