Round function in vb6

We have a old project in vb6. and now we r using round function in it.
Problem is when i use
Round(cSng(12.65),1) it gives result 12.6 which is wrong and when i use Round(cSng(12.75),1) it gives result 12.8 which is true.
Can any one tell me solution for this??
Or why this happens??
