Using CSS!

If you have a master page then you can put this style attribute in the body tag of it:
Eg.

scrollbar-base-color: #F5F5F5;

or else you can put this in a CSS file and use that style where ever required.

it is just work with Panel
what can i do if i want use it for WebBrowser or TreeView ?
