How to import unmanaged DLL files (written in .cpp) from c#

Can I get the whole code to import an unmanaged DLL file from C#.
I will be very thankful if I can get the whole code with header files etc.so that i could import it through VisualStudio 2005.

Just consider my DLL file is say "x.dll" and i want to import it from codes written in C#.
