Lets say there is a button and a bulb image in your webpage.

The requirement may be If you click on button once, the image should change(a img with a bulb glowing) and if you click on the button again the Bulb img should change back to its orginal state (i.e a turned off bulb).

In this situation you can use this toggle functionality. There is no need of another button to make bulb off(related functionality)..
