How to create a dynamic report in ssrs 2008 r2

Hi All,
I want to create dynamic report for selecting particular date to end date in between howmany weeks for a partiular date to end date. we don't know.Becuase of the we did not place it has static filed .That's why we need to create a dynamic report.

From what I have understand you need parameters for your report;
