Solution 1

I'm assuming the tag is in the right place in your App.Config file and that you just copied and pasted directly from it.

Are you aware that XML files are techinically case sensitive? I would hope that .Net could cope with this, but it won't help.

I feel that my app.config can't be read because it is still using 2.0 and produce a warning even after using bindingredirect !!
