javascript is not firing in ie 8 browser

Javascript is not firing in my machine when i access an application which is hosted in the other machine .But when i run the same application with the code in my machine the button click event ie javascript function is working fine .plz help in this regards

have you checked the browser setting for javascript in another machine?? or post your javascript code for better help.
