download an image by clicking on thumbnail in c#

I display a google image search result in a web browser control. I would like to save the image that a thumbnail points to by one click into a predefined local location. the tricky part is that google uses some dynamic java script to prevent web scraping, so there is no "img src ...." tag in the source code. Is there some wise guy who can help me with this?
