Can I load a .fbx file with c#

I have a 3D model ,this file is end with .fbx.I want to load it in my UI.
but i find some example ,all of them use XNA freamwork.Anybody can help me ?

I just look into it.But it dosn't do anything.I need a source which can Load the fbx file by using C#.
