select second drop down menu values on the selection of a value from previous drop down menu

Dear all,

Please help me to insert the data in mysql on the basis of two different drop down menu.
The second one generates its value, when we select the value in first drop down menu-
like...
if we select category alphabet, then I want to show all the alphabets in next menu to be selected automatically.

Solution 2

write selected index change event for first drop down list

In this event u can write a method to fetch data as according to the 1st drop down list value.

example,

IF you select country get that selected value in country drop down list load states as according to the country.
