I am going to develop a mobile application. Is there somebody who knows whether creating applications for non windows mobile phones is possible or not. Please reply me soon.

It is impossible: Have you ever seen applications running on non-Windows mobile phones? :rolleyes:

However, if your question is: "May I write an application, for a non-Windows mobile phone, using VB.NET?", then the (short) answer is: "no, you can't."
