From my understanding, what you want is a tree-list view.

Solution 1

It's a multicolumn treeview, probably based on a DataGridView or similar with owner drawn cell content.

You may be able to find something like it via Google, but if that is exactly what you want, then you will either have to see if you can ask the author for a copy and permission to use it, or create your own. If you do the later, it could make a good article.
