How to add the program in startup in windows 8

Hi all,

i added the program path under the registry key 'run'(HKLM/Software/Microsoft/windows/Current Versions/Run) which is working for windowsXp, windows 7. but its not working for windows 8.

what changes i need to do for that.

no. its not useful.
what you suggest is based on the GUI.
but i need programmatically wants to do that work .
