if my javascript and css3 not work what happen ?

hi all

i want using css3 and jquery or ajax for create my site ...

beacuse ajax and jquery is javascript library and if user browser javascript is disable , they not work ...

and if browser not support css3 , my css3 code is not work and my site stylesheet not working

what i do for this problems ?

please help me

Freind, Initially check that required functionality is not block by browser, if yes then revert by the message to user that your site required blah-2 function enable in their browser. also remember user have many options for browser and their version so better if you required specific than either intimate to user in pop up initially while loading yor page or else you have to apply diffrent behaviour and style accordingly to browser and their version.
