u can not develop any user control, u have just formatting the given user control according to ur requirement given by Microsoft...

u can not be add a such a control in toolbox...it requires a .dll such as ajax.dll and it is supportable to Microsoft VS

Solution 2

Adding reference to the Control DLL won't add the control to the TOOLBOX, you need to do this manually using the following steps:

1. To add you can simply right click on the TOOLBOX and Select "Choose Items...".
2. Browse to the dll where your user control is implemented and load it.
3. Your controls in the dll will be loaded onto the TOOLBOX.

The process described above was not successful. The error message said there is no component that can be added to the Tollbox
