Hi..
I have a requirement to send sms to mobile..but i cant pay for sms gateway ..so is there any way to send sms without sms gateways

All you can do to send an SMS is to pay, you can connect your mobile to your PC, have some API's for that mobile, and send SMS messages throught from your application, other than that you might wanna try and find a free SMS gateway over the internet of which I seriously doubt you will find any.
