Using Accessibility aids in my winform app

Hi great programmers
is there any accessibility aid that is like a notepad,with a touch screen and has a pen that enable users to write on the screen, in which any text written by the user is interpreted and converted into Times New Roman font and then displays on a texbox in my winform app. But if a user enters an invalid character it displays on my app invalid character.
