hey guys, cud someone help me to write a DLL in VC++6.0 (without MFC) for serial port communication i.e., to CREATE, READ and WRITE file... i d really appreciate it, since i m a beginner...

Um... no. you can either post in the job board and pay someone to write your code, or you can buy some books and learn how to do it yourself. If you do that and ask specific questions here, we can help. Perhaps if you also explained why it's 'kinda urgent' and what you, as a beginner, need a non MFC dll for serial port communication for, perhaps we can suggest some alternatives.

@Mr.Graus-Thanks for the advice.. Yes, infact i ve been referrin books n studyin online for this.. I ve already written a code which s givin me loads of errors n i think its inappropriate to post the code on the website.. i need this for a semester project work.. Anwy.. Thanks once again..

You should edit your posts in this forum, not post replies to yourself, because you're not answering your own question.

If you have code, then you should post the bits that have errors and ask specific questions. That seems logical to me, that's what these forums are for.
