There are some free OCRs available on the internet. You need to search for that. The APIs in this OCRs will help you read the data. Try it yourself and come back with specific question. Nobody is going to write a complete project for you

have some research work at your own. Try some code from internet, then ask about problems. Nobody could create the whole project for you.
