Make Phone Dialer between phone and pc

Hi..
How I can programming (windows form application)program to dialling with any phone number via computer.I mean :my program include one Textbox and Tow Buttons and I'll type my friend phone number in Textbox then press Dialling button.
please give me any important information to complete my project step by step.

Solution 1

You could try out the Skype API. There is a possibility for normal phone calls with is, but i think that would cost money :)

Thanks about solution,but I want to programming program to dialling with other telephone via "modem card" Have you any solution about it.

VOIP is more common today, a modem would have to be programmed via the vendor API, so I cant really help you there.
