Issue in creating Web Setup

I am trying to create a Web Setup for my asp.net web application. But facing the following issue:

Have created the Setup and Deployment project under the web solution.
When we click on Add -> Project Output option, it shows only Content Files.
No option for adding Primary Output, source files, etc options.

Can anyone plz help me on this issue.

This article shows the step by step process to create Setup. This is OK. But my problem is I am not able to select Documentation files and Promary Output as they are not in the list. Only available option is 'Content Files'.

In need the solution for this.
