thanks all, I see you guys are amused by the way I ask this question :) I wanted to make sure I get full CPU usage rather than just the app.

Solution 1

Total CPU usage? I can tell you right away — 100% ;-)

And if you need it not total, but per process, you can use the class from System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounter:
