Active Directory Authentication

I made a app having Active Directory Authentication from ASP .NET MVC(LdapAuthentication). It works fine with visual studio 2010. But when i publish this app in IIS v7.5, the authontication did'not work. Any one having any idea,why is it so?

Have you set the IIS application to require windows authentication?

In IIS, browse to your site. Under the 'IIS' icons, look for Authentication - double click to view options. Make sure 'Windows Authentication' is enabled - I'm pretty sure you need to disable Anonymous authentication as well (can't remember for definite, please correct me if I'm wrong!)
