ODP doesnt support entity framework.
Try http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/oracle/
or www.datadirect.com/products/net/net_for_oracle/index.ssp

I am not sure, But what I heard you must install Oracle Data Provider (ODP.NET) to work with ADO.NET entity framework.
