Copy column from excel

I have a excel. I want to copy a column from my excel to my datagrid. What is the best possible way.Is it possible to copy the data from excel and paste directly to datagrid or can I read that particular column from excel using C#.

Either way should be possible. The "best" is whichever is most useful to you. As well as the links on the article linked by pradiprenushe, you might be interested in this import library, which I've used and can recommend.
