hi I want to make a desktop application using C# and control wifi means whenever any one on his android phone wifi so recognize his set by my application and send a alert to android set, so i am new to network programming can any one help me please.

What on earth makes you think that anyone here has the source to that program? Try asking the author.

I remember I wrote a code four years back in C for that by taking reference from

If you know how to use native method then you can consider it.
However I am thinking to write an article on this soon.....
