I am new in SQL..........................

I am new in SQL....I know select, update, delete.....group by and joining....I need a proper guidence to be an expert in SQL in a shrt time....I know this is a silly question to ask here as everyone seems to be professional here...however, I am despearate to learn, so please help me.....I have already studied the site that Uma Shankar Patel advised me.now I need the second level...Please Sugeest.
