How to Open Multiple Rows in a Grid as a Pop up Window/New Page

Hi,
In the gridview one column having Link Button.If I click on the link it will open one popup window with the corresponding data.the user can scribble some text and saved.If I click the other link the 1st link is disappeared and 2nd link is opening. Is there any possibility to open multiple Windows/popup window at a time .

Please Guide me ...
