how to add a file to externally to .xap file in WP7

Hi,

I have developed one WP7 application up to this Every thing is fine .

But I want to add one file to xxx.xap at command prompt , How can i add a file externally to xxx.xap file ?

Is it has any another way to do this ?

Solution 1

A .xap file is just a zip file, so you could just change the extension and open the file and add it and change the extension back as a last resort. You could also add the file into your WP7 project as content and it should add it when you build your .xap
