how can i become a good programmer

Hello Every One,

I am working as a software developer in an IT Company. I work in .Net from last 2.5 years. I am also using Sql in making projects.
But I have not so much knowledge about .net as well as sql.
when i wanted to learn new topic then i confused which topic i should start. because i don't know many topics in asp.net as well as sql.

so please give me any idea how can i increase my programming skills.

give me idea or any website link where i can learn topic by topic

but in w3schools.com they only give the basic of asp.net and sql.
