How the heck do you expect that to work?
"any computer related word" and "nanotechnology" does not give you a suitable subject for a PhD thesis.

What if we did give you what you ask: "Cloud-storage and nanotechnology", or "binary and nanotechnology". What happens in three years time when you decide you had better actually do some work on it and realise that the two do not describe anything worthwhile? That's your thesis and your PhD down the toilet...

Instead, try thinking about what you are good at, what you are interested in, and come up with a few suitable subjects to investigate. Then look for a title out of that.
