connecting database from remote system to a crystal report

sir,
when i tried to connect sql server 2005 database from sever(same system)to database,it works fine.
but when try it from a network it shows an error database logon failed.
i created dsn and i can access datas from database,but not to crystal report(from remote database).owner of database is sa.
whether it will create a problem.

please help?

check your connection string，make sure using IP Address,don't using Host name.
