Solution 1

If you want RDP, you probably think about Terminal Services Client. See an example here: Remote Desktop using C#.NET[^].
But I think you want something like TeamViewer or VNC, or even worse, you want to "exchange" screens?

Solution 2

For accessing the desktop of another connected computer, file sharing is enough.
make a connection to the computer (see net use command) and navigate to the other his desktop folder....
