My OS is Windows 7 Home edition. How can i create virtual directory in iis. I am getting confused.

I am sorry but since you are running Home edition you will not find IIS installed in your machine. You will have to upgrade to professional edition to do that. And as for how to do it see the Sandeep's answer for that.

P.S. there are some article on web that talks about getting IIS on home edition. That is one possibility but i wouldnt recommend that and that would be a kindda cheating too.
