how can i create new database with same structure of existing database without data

You can export the SQL needed to create the tables, indexes, etc, and use this to create a new instance. If I remember SQL 2005 rightly, you right click on the database name and select Tasks > Generate Scripts. A wizard appears that will guide you through the steps.

You will get Advance button into the step of Set Scripting Options on that window appears in which you set all the property like FK,indexes , triggers.

TRY----
