I need to prepare the data dictionary from the existing C source code. Does any body knows any tool available to do this activity.

I think what you are looking for is a souce code analyzer that collects a list of all your variables in the source code. With these keywords you will found a lot of these tools. Without doing advertising here for any particular tool, I would recommend to start at the following Wikipedia link:
